UK Shipping
Free UK shipping on every order, sent via Royal Mail 24 Tracked. Orders placed before 3pm are processed the same working day wherever possible.
All items are printed to order:
- Mugs and drinkware — up to 3 business days to print and pack, plus 1–2 business days in transit. Typically 1–5 working days in total.
- T‑shirts and apparel — printed by a specialist partner, so please allow 2–5 business days to print and pack, plus 1–2 business days in transit. Typically 3–7 working days in total.
All items are printed and despatched in the UK. Orders are not shipped or delivered at weekends or on bank holidays.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide via Royal Mail Tracked. Delivery typically takes 5–19 business days in total, including printing, depending on destination. Apparel sits at the longer end of that range.
Shipping costs vary by destination and weight; the final cost is shown before you confirm your purchase. Please allow extra time during busy periods. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply, and A Bit of Banter cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs.
General
Please DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS before you order. We can only guarantee delivery to the address that has been provided to us and we will not provide refunds if we have successfully delivered an item to an address, or we cannot deliver an item to an incorrect address, provided by the customer during order placement.
We will use our reasonable endeavours to deliver the goods or services within the times stated. However, where delivery times and dates are given, they are for general guidance only and we will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
