We offer international shipping with Royal Mail Tracked Shipping times and prices differ due to different locations you will be able to see the final shipping cost prior to confirming your purchase. Please allow extra time during busy periods. 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. A Bit of Banter cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

All orders are printed on demand, as they are ordered. After an order has been placed, we do not offer cancellations.
