Please choose which size mug you'd like.
Please include the word(s) you would like adding to the design in the personalisation box when submitting an order.
► Please ensure all words are spelt correctly in the personalisation box, as all details automatically taken from what you write.
► Incorrect spellings are unable to be changed once the item has been printed.
► As this is a personalised item, we cannot accept returns for unwanted orders.
► If your item is defective/damaged on arrival we will fully refund your order, or ship a replacement to you, whichever option you prefer.
Shipping
All items are printed to order, so please allow up to 3 business days to print and ship.
We offer fully tracked shipping with Royal Mail. Shipping times and prices differ due to different locations, please allow extra time during busy periods.
Return policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the products you have received, return them to us within 14 days of delivery. If the goods are returned to us within 14 days we will issue a full refund including postage. The costs of returning the products to us shall be borne by you.
